As a therapist, I recognize that journaling is tough, and coming up with what to journal about is even harder. That’s why I’ve created a twelve-week prompted journal called Empower Your Mind that will help you uncover a variety of thoughts related to enhancing your own inner strength.
With Empower Your Mind, you’ll discover how to speak more kindly to yourself through affirmations, learn how to self-care, and identify hidden emotions throughout the week.
This journal includes weekly topics that will give you the tools to think more deeply about your life. It is meant to be completed throughout the day and is broken up into four sections:
