My focus is to help you find a deeper connection with yourself and those around you.
You might be seeking therapy at a time when you feel stuck, unsure or overwhelmed. My goal is to help you understand the root of your struggles and help you navigate through them. My style in session tends to be collaborative, warm and direct. I am here to both validate and gently challenge you. When working with clients, I’m always considering the familial, societal and cultural influences that shape your life.
Outside of therapy you can find me…
Riding my bike around Philly, taking yoga classes and thrift shopping. I love spending time at the beach with a good book, a big sandwich, a bag of chips, watermelon and close friends.
I am a good fit for you if you’re looking for:
- Couples Therapy
- Individual Therapy
- Family Therapy
- Emotional Connection and Understanding
- Anxiety Therapy
- Depression Therapy
- Trauma
