My Approach
I’m a therapist who will support you while giving you a productive push, and I’ll keep it real with you at all times. I show up to sessions as my authentic self and encourage my clients to do the same. I value being realistic, relatable, and direct.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults dealing with boundaries, life changes, and interpersonal relationships. I help clients identify how these things show up in their lives and the impact they have on their mood, day-to-day functioning, and the people around them.
How I Work With Interpersonal Relationships
Interpersonal relationships are a huge part of our lives, and a lot of times we don’t realize how they may be impacting us. Together, we’ll work on setting healthy boundaries that are realistic for you and explore any potential barriers that pop up along the way.
How I Work With Life Changes
Change can feel scary and bring up a lot of anxiety. In addition to building out stress management and relaxation skills, we’ll explore and process the thoughts and feelings that come with whatever you’re going through.
Tools I Draw From
I adjust my approach based on what each client needs, but I mainly draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

My Background
I always wanted a job “helping people” for as long as I can remember. Throughout my own life, I’ve seen firsthand the impact of having a therapist who was actually helpful and the progress I was able to make because of it. I also remember taking psychology classes in college and immediately loving it.
Between my own experiences, my passion for helping others, and the fact that I can talk to pretty much anyone, I found my way to therapy and became dedicated to becoming not just a good therapist, but a genuinely helpful one.
