Therapy is about feeling supported, safe and understood.

Therapy with me is about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are. You do not have to hold it all together, worry about being too much or not enough, or filter yourself- because f*$k it :). You can always be yourself here.

The relationship we build matters to me. I want you to feel like you are sitting with someone who genuinely gets you, who is paying attention, and who is right there with you in the process. Someone you can be honest with, even when it feels uncomfortable or unfamiliar.

I work with adults, teens, and couples who want to feel more connected, less anxious, and more grounded in their lives and relationships. Sometimes we look at how past experiences or old patterns are still showing up. Other times we focus on what is happening right now, like communication, emotional needs, or the parts of you that are asking to be understood in a different way.

How I work with couples & relationships:

It can feel vulnerable to talk about intimacy, conflict, or unmet needs. A lot of people are not used to having those conversations in a way that feels safe.

I help create a space where you and your partner or partners can slow things down and really hear each other. We focus on understanding what is underneath the patterns you keep getting stuck in, while also building new ways to communicate, connect, and support each other.

You do not have to have the right words. We figure it out together.

My Style:

Clients often tell me I am down to earth, validating, and challenging in the best way. I will meet you with warmth and understanding, and I will also gently push when it feels important for your growth.

I believe therapy can hold both depth and lightness. There is room for hard conversations, and also room to feel a sense of relief, clarity, and even moments of humor along the way.

My journey:

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rider University and my Master’s in Psychological Services from Kean University, along with a professional diploma in Marriage and Family Therapy.

My work has focused on anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy concerns, family dynamics, and identity.

Outside of therapy you can find me…
Cooking (and inevitably making a mess in the kitchen thanks to TikTok recipes), curled up with my rescue dog, getting a new tattoo, or relaxing by the beach.
